For more than a decade, Raymond Tay has been involved in human capital development from youths to professionals. His passion is to acquire relevant knowledge and strategies, and help others to increase their personal and financial potential.

Before joining real estate agency, he has worked with numerous organisations from both public and private sectors and delivered many tailored evidence-based learning solutions for adult learners in the areas of leadership, emotional intelligence, personality profiling, creativity & innovation, conflict resolution and team building. With a keen interest in real estate, he has studied and passed the Real Estate Salesperson Examination, and continued to keep abreast of the changes and opportunities. He provides relevant real estate advice and discusses openly & candidly with his clients on their budgets, preferences and concerns. He utilises technology and equipment to increase the exposure of properties (for selling), gather essential information of properties (for buying) and facilitate the analysis and decision making process with his clients.

He holds an Executive MSc in Industrial Organizational Psychology and Management of Human Resources from City University of New York and Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) from National University of Singapore. He also earned a Diploma in Business Process & Systems Engineering (Gold Medal), Advanced Certificate inTraining & Assessment (ACTA), Advanced Certificate in Clinical Hypnosis, Graduate Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Basic Certificate in Healthcare Quality & Safety. He is a Certified EQ Practitioner, Change Management Practitioner, Certified Behavioural Consultant, HR Certified Professional and The Leadership Challenge Certified Facilitator.
